One of the great pleasures in visiting Scotland is the opportunity to visit its distilleries and taste one of its greatest exports. We love whisky and always look for opportunities to try new drams and savour our favourites. On this page we’ll look at some of the whiskies we’ve enjoyed over the years. You may find these to be more ‘story’ than whisky review, but we do hope you’ll enjoy.
Are we whisky aficionados? Nope, but we know what we like and we like it a lot! The Master of Malt website provides an excellent explanation of single malt whisky (our favourite) and their map is excellent if you’re planning a trip to Scotland and want to visit your favourite distillery.

P.S. For the spelling police, no, there’s no ‘e’ in Scotland’s whisky.
