It’s never too late to celebrate a Scottish tradition —

Tartan Day is a celebration of Scottish heritage on April 6, the date on which the Declaration of Arbroath was signed in 1320.  A tad late, but Clan MacAulay will continue our series of celebrating Scottish traditions by hosting a Zoom Tartan Day on Sunday, April 16.  Members will learn more about tartan, with an opportunity to socialize afterwards.  Emily Redman from the Scotland Shop will join us to share the history of weaving in the Scottish Borders and the tartan weaving process.
