Kilclooney Dolman

The monument consists of the remains of two portal tomb chambers, or Dolmens, made of Donegal Granite. Dolmens are thought to have been built to mark boundaries of tribal territories in the neolithic period and are often found in valleys near streams.

Located in Adara, CO Donegal the historical site may be worth a drive from Buncrana when you’re in the area for the Clan Gathering.
